TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE BANK SHINHAN X FAMILYMART PROGRAM

1. Terms and Conditions of the Program

In order to provide more benefits for customers, Bank Shinhan Indonesia presents two (2) special programs that can be joined during the promotional period:

  • QRIS Transaction Program at FamilyMart Indonesia – enjoy a cash reward when shopping at FamilyMart Indonesia using QRIS through SOL Indonesia Mobile Banking.
  • New Customer Program – exclusively for new customers who open a SOL Savings Account online via the SOL Indonesia Mobile Banking application, receive an additional cash reward by entering a referral code.


All participants are required to read and understand the following terms and conditions before participating. By joining this program, customers are deemed to have agreed to comply with all applicable terms and conditions.


A. QRIS Transaction Program at FamilyMart Indonesia

  1. The program is valid for payments using QRIS via SOL Indonesia Mobile Banking at all FamilyMart Indonesia stores.
  2. A minimum purchase of IDR 30,000 (thirty thousand rupiah) is required.
  3. Customers must have a SOL Savings Account.
  4. Customers who meet the requirements as stated in points (1), (2), and (3) will receive a cash reward of IDR 5,000 (five thousand rupiah).
  5. The cash reward will be credited to the customer’s SOL Savings Account within a maximum of 7 (seven) working days after the transaction date is successfully completed.
  6. The program is valid from September 1, 2025, until November 30, 2025.
  7. Each customer is entitled to receive the cash reward only once during the program period.
  8. The cash reward is limited to a quota of 231 (two hundred thirty-one) customers per week during the program period.
  9. Bank Shinhan Indonesia reserves the right to cancel the cash reward if any misuse or violation is found.
  10. Bank Shinhan Indonesia reserves the right to change or terminate the program at any time with prior notice.


B. New Customer Program

  1. This program applies exclusively to new customers who successfully open a SOL Savings Account through the SOL Indonesia Mobile Banking application and enter the referral code “SHBxFMI.”
  2. New customers who meet the requirement in point (1) will receive a cash reward of IDR 10,000 (ten thousand rupiah).
  3. The program is valid from September 1 until November 30, 2025.
  4. The cash reward is limited to a quota of 225 (two hundred twenty-five) customers during the program period.
  5. The cash reward will be credited to the customer’s SOL Savings Account within a maximum of 7 (seven) working days after the account opening is successfully completed.
  6. Each customer is entitled to receive the cash reward only once during the program period.
  7. Bank Shinhan Indonesia reserves the right to cancel the cash reward if there are indications of misuse, fraud, manipulation, violations, or non-compliance with the applicable program terms and conditions.
  8. Bank Shinhan Indonesia may amend, extend, or terminate the program. The Bank will provide notification at least 3 (three) days in advance through the available communication channels.

 

2. Other Terms and Conditions

  • All correspondence to customers will be sent to the address registered with Bank Shinhan Indonesia. Any change of address shall not be valid unless the written or online notification along with supporting documents (if required) has been received by Bank Shinhan Indonesia, and any consequences thereof shall not be the responsibility of Bank Shinhan Indonesia.
  • Customers may submit questions and/or complaints through the nearest Bank Shinhan Indonesia branch office or our Call Center at 1500881 (24-hour service) and Email:

  • Other provisions related to products and/or services, insofar as not otherwise regulated in these General Terms and Conditions, shall remain valid and binding upon the customer.
  • Bank Shinhan Indonesia shall be released from any responsibility for forgery, fraud, misuse, or any other acts committed by other/third parties related to this program. Customers are advised to remain cautious and not be deceived by individuals claiming to represent Bank Shinhan Indonesia by promising rewards or other forms of gifts.
  • Customers release Bank Shinhan Indonesia from any legal claims that may arise in the future if such claims are caused by the customer’s own error in using the SOL Savings Account.
  • Customers shall be fully responsible for any risks, losses, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims related to their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this program.
  • In light of the growing variety and models of digital transformation, Bank Shinhan Indonesia urges customers to always be cautious in carrying out any transaction by safeguarding the confidentiality of their Password, PIN, OTP, and personal data, and not disclosing any information to other parties that may potentially result in fraud or other cybercrimes.
  • These Terms and Conditions are made in two (2) languages, Indonesian and English. In the event of any statement, question, or difference in interpretation or meaning related to these Terms and Conditions, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
  • These Terms and Conditions have been adjusted in accordance with the provisions of prevailing laws and regulations, including the regulations of the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan/OJK).
  • Bank Shinhan Indonesia is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia, and is a participant of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).
