TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BANK SHINHAN X BLIBLI PROGRAM

1. Program Terms and Conditions
To provide more benefits to customers, Bank Shinhan Indonesia presents two (2) special programs that customers can participate in during the promotional period:

  • QRIS Transaction Program at BLIBLI – enjoy cash rewards when shopping at BLIBLI Indonesia using QRIS Mobile Banking SOL Indonesia.
  • New Customer Program – specifically for new customers who open a SOL Savings Account online through the SOL Indonesia Mobile Banking application, receive additional cash rewards by entering a referral code.


All participants are required to read and understand the following terms and conditions before participating. By joining this program, customers are deemed to have agreed to comply with all applicable terms and conditions.
 

A. QRIS Transaction Program at BLIBLI

  1. The program applies to payments made using QRIS Mobile Banking SOL Indonesia at BLIBLI.
  2. A minimum purchase of IDR 200,000 (two hundred thousand rupiah) is required.
  3. Customers must have a SOL Savings Account.
  4. Customers who meet the requirements stated in points (1), (2), and (3) will receive a cash reward of IDR 15,000 (fifteen thousand rupiah).
  5. Cash rewards will be credited to the customer’s SOL Savings Account no later than 7 (seven) business days after the successful transaction date.
  6. The program is valid from September 1, 2025, to November 30, 2025.
  7. Each customer is entitled to receive the cash reward only once during the program period.
  8. The cash reward quota is limited to 180 (one hundred and eighty) customers per week during the program period.
  9. Bank Shinhan Indonesia reserves the right to cancel cash rewards if any misuse or violation is identified.
  10. Bank Shinhan Indonesia reserves the right to amend or terminate the program at any time with prior notice.


b. New Customer Program

  1. This program is valid exclusively for new customers who successfully open a SOL Savings Account via the SOL Indonesia Mobile Banking application and enter the referral code “SHBXBLIBLI”.
  2. New customers who meet the requirement in point (1) will receive a cash reward of IDR 10,000 (ten thousand rupiah).
  3. The program is valid from September 1, 2025, to November 30, 2025.
  4. The cash reward quota is limited to 225 (two hundred and twenty-five) customers during the program period.
  5. Cash rewards will be credited to the customer’s SOL Savings Account no later than 7 (seven) business days after the successful account opening.
  6. Each new customer who has opened a SOL Savings Account is entitled to receive the cash reward only once during the program period.
  7. Bank Shinhan Indonesia reserves the right to cancel cash rewards if there are indications of misuse, fraud, manipulation, violation, or non-compliance with the applicable program terms.
  8. Bank Shinhan Indonesia may, at any time, amend, extend, or terminate the program. All official information will be announced through the Bank’s website or official communication channels no later than 3 (three) calendar days.

 

2. Other Terms and Conditions

  • All correspondence to customers will be sent to the address registered with Bank Shinhan Indonesia. Changes of address shall not be valid unless the Bank has received prior written or online notification along with supporting evidence (if required). The Bank shall not be liable for any consequences arising from unreported changes of address.
  • Customers may submit inquiries and/or complaints through the nearest Bank Shinhan Indonesia branch office, the 24-hour Call Center at 1500-881, or via email: info.id@shinhan.com.
  • Other provisions related to the product and/or service, insofar as not otherwise regulated in these General Terms and Conditions, shall remain valid and binding on the customer.
  • Bank Shinhan Indonesia is exempted from any responsibility for forgery, fraud, misuse, or other acts committed by third parties in relation to this program. Customers are advised to remain cautious and not be deceived by individuals claiming to represent Bank Shinhan Indonesia and promising prizes or other forms of rewards.
  • Customers release Bank Shinhan Indonesia from any legal claims that may arise in the future if such claims are caused by the customer’s own mistakes in using the SOL Savings Account.
  • Customers are fully responsible for all risks, losses, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this program.
  • In view of the increasing diversity of digital transformation models, Bank Shinhan Indonesia urges customers to always be cautious in every transaction by safeguarding the confidentiality of Passwords, PINs, OTPs, and personal data, and not to disclose such data to any other party that may lead to fraud or other cybercrimes.
  • These Terms and Conditions are made in two (2) languages, Indonesian and English. In the event of any inconsistency, dispute, or difference in interpretation related to these Terms and Conditions, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
  • These Terms and Conditions have been adjusted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including those issued by the Financial Services Authority(Otoritas Jasa Keuangan – OJK).
  • PT Bank Shinhan Indonesia is licensed and supervised by the Financial Service Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia, and is a participant of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).
