Terms & Conditions

  1. This program applies to all Bank Shinhan Indonesia customers who hold a SOL Savings Account.
  2. Referral Provider and Referral Recipient Requirements:

    Referral Recipient

    i. The referral provider shares their referral code in the form of the registered mobile phone number used in the SOL Indonesia Mobile Banking Application.

    i. The referral recipient opens a SOL Savings Account via the SOL Indonesia Mobile Banking Application and enters the referral code in the “promo code” field.

    ii. The referral provider’s account must be active and not blocked for any reason at the time rewards are distributed.

    ii. The referral recipient must make an initial deposit and maintain a minimum balance of Rp300,000 for 7 calendar days from the account opening date.

    iii. The referral provider agrees to allow their personal data (mobile phone number) to be used as the referral code for the SOL Savings Member Gets Member program and releases Bank Shinhan Indonesia from all risks, claims, lawsuits, and legal actions arising from or related to the disclosure of such personal data for the purposes of this program.

     
  3. Both the referral provider and referral recipient will each receive a reward of Rp25,000 upon fulfilling all program terms and conditions.
  4. The program is limited to the first 1,000 referral providers and referral recipients.
  5. Rewards will be credited to the SOL Savings Accounts of both the referral provider and referral recipient within a maximum of 14 working days.
  6. Bank Shinhan Indonesia reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to postpone or cancel the provision of rewards if any indication of fraud, irregularity, or violation of program terms is found, including actions categorized under Bank fraud risk.
  7. The Bank has the right and authority to amend, add, and/or reduce any terms and conditions of this program with prior notification through the Bank’s available communication channels.
  8. For further information, customers may visit the nearest Bank Shinhan Indonesia branch or contact our Call Center at 1500881 (24-hour service) or via email at info.id@shinhan.com.
  9. If, in the future, any documents submitted through the SOL Indonesia Application are found to be invalid or false, or used for fraud and/or to facilitate any criminal activity (in violation of applicable laws and regulations), and/or inconsistent with Anti–Money Laundering and Counter–Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) regulations, Bank Shinhan Indonesia is authorized and granted consent by the customer to close and block the customer’s account and/or access to the SOL Indonesia Application, and to cancel the reward.
  10. All correspondence to customers will be sent to the address registered with Bank Shinhan Indonesia. Address changes will not apply unless written or online notification along with supporting documents (if required) has been received by the Bank. The Bank is not responsible for any consequences arising from unregistered changes.
  11. Other terms and conditions related to Bank products and/or services remain valid and binding unless expressly regulated otherwise in these General Terms and Conditions.
  12. Customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all contents of these program Terms and Conditions as stated, and therefore no further interpretation is required.
  13. Customers are fully responsible for all activities performed through the SOL Indonesia Application, including account opening and transactions. Unauthorized use and any resulting losses remain the full responsibility and risk of the customer.
  14. Bank Shinhan Indonesia is released from all responsibility for forgery, fraud, misuse, or any actions committed by third parties in relation to this program. Customers must remain cautious and avoid being misled by individuals falsely claiming to represent the Bank or offering rewards.
  15. Customers release Bank Shinhan Indonesia from all legal claims that may arise in the future if such claims result from customer errors in using SOL Savings or the SOL Indonesia Application.
  16. In line with the increasing development of digital transformation methods, customers of Bank Shinhan Indonesia must exercise caution in every transaction by maintaining the confidentiality of their Password, PIN, OTP, and personal data, and refraining from providing such information to any party that may potentially engage in fraud or cybercrime.
  17. These Terms and Conditions are prepared in both Indonesian and English. In the event of any inconsistency or difference in interpretation, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
  18. These Terms and Conditions have been adjusted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including those issued by the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan).
