Enjoy the convenience of opening an Online Time Deposit through the SOL Indonesia Mobile Banking Application and get the opportunity to earn Rp50,000.

Program Period: December 1-31, 2025 

Terms & Conditions

To participate in this program, customers must read, understand, and agree to the following general terms and conditions: 

  1. This program is valid for customers who hold an active SOL Indonesia Savings Account and use the SOL Indonesia Mobile Banking Application.
  2. Customers who open an Online Time Deposit through the SOL Indonesia Mobile Banking Application with a minimum placement of Rp5,000,000 and do not perform early withdrawal (break) for 3 months (90 days) will receive a reward of Rp50,000.
  3. Each customer is entitled to receive the reward only once during the program period.
  4. The reward will be credited to the customer’s SOL Savings Account within 14 working days after the completion date of the 3-month (90-day) deposit placement period.
  5. The reward quota applies only to the first 1,000 eligible customers.
  6. If at any time the documents submitted through the SOL Indonesia Mobile Banking Application are found to be false and/or incorrect, or used for fraudulent transactions and/or to facilitate criminal activity (in violation of applicable laws and regulations), or not in accordance with the Anti–Money Laundering and Counter–Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) Program, the Bank is authorized and given consent by the customer to close and block the customer’s account and/or access to the SOL Indonesia Mobile Banking Application, and the Bank reserves the right to cancel the reward.
  7. All correspondence to the customer will be sent to the address registered with the Bank. Changes to the address will not apply until written or online notification along with supporting documents (if required) has been received by the Bank. The Bank is not responsible for any consequences arising from such changes not being properly recorded.
  8. Customers may submit complaints regarding banking services or transactions through Bank Shinhan Indonesia branch offices or via the call center 1500-881 and email info.id@shinhan.com.
  9. Other terms and conditions related to the Bank’s products and/or services remain valid and binding as long as they are not regulated differently in these General Terms and Conditions.
  10. The Bank reserves the right and authority to amend, add, and/or reduce the terms and conditions of this program, with prior notice through the communication channels available at the Bank.
  11. Customers acknowledge that they have read and understood the contents of these Terms and Conditions, and that all statements, warranties, and provisions herein are correct and accurate; therefore, no further interpretation is required.
  12. Customers are fully responsible for all activities performed on the SOL Indonesia Mobile Banking Application, including account opening and transactions conducted within the application. Any unauthorized use and any resulting losses remain the sole responsibility and risk of the customer.
  13. The Bank is released from all liability for forgery, fraud, misuse, or any other actions committed by other parties related to this program. Customers are advised to remain cautious and avoid being deceived by individuals misusing the Bank’s name to promise rewards or other benefits.
  14. Customers release the Bank from any future legal claims arising from customer errors in the use of the SOL Indonesia savings account.
  15. In line with the increasing variety of digital transformation methods, customers are encouraged to always exercise caution during every transaction by maintaining the confidentiality of their Password, PIN, OTP, and personal data, and to refrain from providing any information to other parties that may lead to fraud or cybercrime.
  16. These Terms and Conditions are prepared in two languages, Indonesian and English. In the event of any inconsistency, discrepancy, or difference in interpretation, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
  17. These Terms and Conditions have been adjusted to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including those issued by the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan – OJK).
