The purpose of this training is supporting global talents and strengthening interaction between the Mother Bank and Bank Shinhan employees in Asia. This program was also attended by employees from Shinhan Bank Vietnam, Shinhan Bank China, Shinhan Bank Cambodia, Shinhan Bank Manila Branch (the Philippines), and Shinhan Bank Yangon Branch (Myanmar).

"My six-week OJT experience was not only a period of professional development but also a meaningful journey of personal growth. I gained valuable skills in project management, communication, and digital cooperation between Indonesia and Korea. Beyond work, I built close friendships with fellow trainees from five other countries (Vietnam, China, Myanmar, Cambodia, and Philippines). Despite language differences, we supported one another and shared memorable moments living together for 2 months."
