GYF is a team of young employees who represents Shinhan Financial Group and Bank Shinhan Indonesia in spreading Shinhan Way to fellow employees. GYF is eager to support, committed to grow, and a creative force who strives for successful Shinhan Culture Glocalization. 

Glocalization can be explained as: Global (universal/overall) + Local (individual/specific); the philosophy of which is reflected in Shinhan core values of Right, Nimble, Different. Shinhan Bank and Bank Shinhan Indonesia carry out everything by following the right process, nimble in reacting towards challenges, and respecting unique differences of each individual and local culture because we believe that only companies with open-minded thinking can be winners.

GYF members are expected to be opinion leaders capable of speaking up their ideas for better Shinhan. They also have the benefit of undergoing training in South Korea with employees from other Shinhan entitiess abroad and have global network within Shinhan Bank worldwide.
