• Shinhan Bank Indonesia Virtual Account Service offers a quick, secure, and convenient way to manage your company’s payment collection by allowing your customers to make payment transactions using a Virtual Account Number from Shinhan Bank Indonesia or other banks' payment channels.
• Shinhan Bank Indonesia Virtual Account Number consists of your company code (defined by Bank) followed by your customer’s code (defined by your company).

• No registration fee and monthly service fee.
• Payment from your customers can be easily and quickly identified because each Virtual Account Number represents one customer.
• Your customers can easily make payments from Shinhan Bank Indonesia or other banks.
• Payment will be automatically transferred to your company’s account (VA Settlement Account).
• Transaction report is provided in Internet Banking.
• Available in two types of Virtual Account that you can choose to meet your business needs:

1)    Registered VA

-     Payment amount can be full or partial amount.

-     Your customer's codes should be registered at the Bank.

-     Payment from other banks is available through SKN/ RTGS/ Online Transfer.

2)    Non-registered VA

-     Payment amount must be in full amount (as per billing amount).

-     Your customer’s codes don’t need to be registered at the Bank.

-     Payment from other banks is available through Online Transfer.

-     Integration between your billing system and Shinhan Bank Indonesia Virtual Account system is required.  

• Open an account and internet banking at Shinhan Bank Indonesia.
• Fill out Virtual Account Service registration documents at our branch office.
