New customers open a SOL Savings account via the SOL Indonesia App using the promo code “BSIDODDY.”
New customers will receive CASHBACK of Rp 25,000 after opening the account and completing the following missions:
- Make a Top Up and maintain an average balance of Rp 100,000 for 7 calendar days.
- Perform 1X financial transaction through the SOL App (Purchases, Payments, e-Money Top Up, QRIS) with a minimum transaction of Rp 25,000.
The cashback quota applies only to the first 5,000 recipients of the promo code who meet the requirements.
Cashback will be credited to the customer’s active SOL Savings Account within a maximum of 14 working days.
If, at a later time, the documents submitted through the SOL Indonesia App are found to be false or fraudulent, or used for fraudulent transactions or to facilitate criminal activities (violating applicable laws and regulations), and not in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Program (APUPPT), the Bank is authorized and has the customer's consent to close and block the account and/or access to the SOL Indonesia App and has the right to cancel the cashback offer.
All correspondence to the customer will be addressed to the address registered with the Bank. Any change of address is invalid unless the Bank has received written notification along with supporting evidence, and the Bank is not responsible for any consequences.
Customers may file complaints regarding banking services or transactions through Shinhan Indonesia Bank branch offices or through the call center at 1500-881.
Other terms and conditions related to products and/or services, as long as they are not regulated differently in these General Terms and Conditions, remain valid and binding on the customer.
The customer agrees that the Bank reserves the right to amend, modify, supplement, or update these Program Terms and Conditions at any time, with notification to the customer through the available media channels of the Bank.
The customer has read and understood the contents of these Program Terms and Conditions, and all statements, warranties, and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions are accurate and correct, requiring no further interpretation.
The customer is fully responsible for any activities related to their use of the SOL Indonesia App, including account opening and transactions within the SOL Indonesia App. Unauthorized use and any resulting consequences and losses remain the customer's responsibility and risk.
The Bank is exempt from liability for forgery, fraud, misuse, or other acts committed by other parties/third parties in connection with this program. Ensure that the customer is cautious and not deceived by individuals falsely claiming to represent the Bank while promising prizes/other rewards.
The customer releases the Bank from all legal claims that may arise in the future due to the customer's errors in using the SOL program.
In line with the growing variety of digital transformation models, customers should always be cautious with their transactions by safeguarding the confidentiality of their Password, PIN, OTP, and personal data, and not providing any data to third parties that could lead to fraud or other cybercrimes.
These Terms and Conditions are prepared in two languages, Indonesian and English. In the event of any discrepancies or differences in interpretation or meaning relating to these Terms and Conditions, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
