1. DIGI – KTA Referral Program is organized by PT Bank Shinhan Indonesia, also referred to as “Bank Shinhan Indonesia,” and valid from February 1 to June 30, 2026.
2. This program applies to Bank Shinhan Indonesia’s customers with active savings account (“Referrer”).
3. Referrer will obtain a unique referral code available in SOL Indonesia mobile banking application.
4. Referral code must be distributed to Digital KTA prospective (“Referred”) and used when the customers apply for  Shinhan Digital KTA through SOL Indonesia mobile banking application.
5. The application of Shinhan Digital KTA can only be done by employees of companies affiliated with and/or collaborate with Bank Shinhan Indonesia, in accordance with applicable regulations.
6. Shinhan Digital KTA application is considered successful if approved by Bank Shinhan Indonesia and the loan funds have been disbursed to the customer's account  (disbursement).
7. Referrer is entitled to receive an incentive of IDR 200,000 (two hundred thousand rupiah) for every 1 (one) successful Shinhan Digital KTA application using the referrer's referral.
8. The incentive will be credited to the referrer’s active account of Bank Shinhan no later than 14 (fourteen) business days after the loan disbursement.  
9. Incentives can be obtained without any limit on the amount during the program period, with a maximum quota of 300 (three hundred) customers during the program period.

11. Bank Shinhan Indonesia reserves the right to change, terminate, and extend the program, as well as to stipulate other provisions deemed necessary in accordance with the bank's policies.
12. Other provisions related to products and/or services, as long as they are not regulated differently in these General Terms and Conditions, shall remain valid and binding on customers.
13. Customers have read and understood the contents of the Terms and Conditions of this Program, and all statements, guarantees, Terms and Conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions are correct and accurate, and therefore no further interpretation is required.
14. Customers are fully responsible for all matters related to customer activities on the SOL Indonesia Application, including opening accounts and conducting transactions on the SOL Indonesia Application. Unauthorized use and all resulting consequences and losses remain the responsibility and risk of the customer.
15. The Bank is exempt from liability for forgery, fraud, abuse, or other acts committed by other parties/third parties in relation to this program. Customers should exercise caution and not be deceived by individuals acting on behalf of the Bank who promise gifts or other forms of rewards.
16. Customers release the Bank from any form of legal claim that may arise in the future if such claim is caused by the customer's error in using the SOL savings account.
17. In line with the increasing variety and models of digital transformation, customers should always be cautious in every transaction process they carry out by maintaining the confidentiality of their passwords, PINs, OTPs, and personal data, and not providing any data to other parties that could potentially lead to fraud or other cybercrimes.
18. These Terms and Conditions are written in two (2) languages, Indonesian and English. If there are any statements or differences in interpretation or meaning related to these Terms and Conditions, the Indonesian language shall prevail.
19. These Terms and Conditions have been adjusted to comply with the provisions of laws and regulations, including but not limited to the provisions of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
